NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No. 101 dated 15.02.2017 registered at Police Station Women, Faridabad Central under Sections 498-A, 406 & 506 IPC in respect of which challan was filed on 28.05.2017 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaipal, submits that the challan has been filed on 28.05.2017/12.06.2017; charges have been framed on 12.12.2017; thereafter out of 7 witnesses, 2 witnesses stand examined and the next date of hearing before the learned trial Court is 18.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
