(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks directions, being made upon respondent No. 2 for transfer of enquiry with respect to the representation dated 02.8.2020 carried in Annexure P-3. A petition came up for hearing before this Court on 19.8.2020 and thereon an order was made by this Court, upon the respondents concerned to decide the representation (supra). However, perusing the reply on affidavit, furnished to the petition, on behalf of the State of Punjab, it is apparent that the enquiry made upon the representation, resulted in a finding that there is a complete falsity in the representation (supra).

Given the above and also given the statement made at the bar by the learned Additional Advocate General, that in respect of the GURPREET SINGH 2021.10.29 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh representation (supra), rather the petitioner has filed a petition under Section

CRWP No. 7266 of 2020 -1156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate concerned, and that the latter is in the process of making an order thereon.

Therefore, at this stage, it is not appropriate to continue with this petition. Consequently, the petition is closed, and, also accordingly it is disposed of.
