Despite repeated call, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

A perusal of the record shows that on the last occasion, i.e. on 30.04.2026 also, the petitioner was unrepresented and a direction was given to the Registry to inform the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
As per report submitted by the Registry, learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed. However, despite the above-mentioned efforts nobody has come forward to represent the petitioner. 4.
In view of above, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed in default, accordingly.
