**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is an application for reviewing the order/judgment dated 05.08.2021 passed by this Court.

No grounds are made out to interfere.

By way of imposition of costs, the applicant shall plant 50 trees of deciduous and perennial in nature in the neighborhood where he is residing. He shall give a proof of the plantation along with certificate from the Horticulture Department of the District Gurugram. The aforesaid order is being passed to avoid the costs in money, which this Court had initially imposed and the learned counsel for the applicant earnestly requested that the same be waived of. Disposed of accordingly.
