ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State, as per the affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, submits that a cancellation report has already been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy before the Illaqa Magistrate, in accordance with law, if need be.
