(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.70, dated 20.05.2022, registered at Police Station DLF-II, District Gurugram, under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 22.06.2022 (Annexures P-2 & P-3). Pursuant to orders dated 27.09.2022 & 13.02.2023, report dated 15.03.2023 has been received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any coercion or undue influence. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.70, dated 20.05.2022, registered at Police Station DLF-II, District Gurugram, under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
