Jaspal Singh, J.(Oral) Perusal of the file reveals that when notice of motion was issued on 27.01.2016, none came present on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently also on 17.03.2016, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner and the petition was adjourned to 22.04.2016.

Even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the above-referred facts depict that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
