***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Due to prevailing situation of COVID-19, matter has been heard through Video Conferencing.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 10.05.2021, Annexure P-1, passed by Commissioner, Division Faridabad, whereby his prayer for parole has been rejected. According to him, there is certain precedent that parole can be granted in view of pleas raised by the petitioner. We, thus, propose to relegate the petitioner to the remedy before the Commissioner for agitating his case.

Learned State counsel has no objection to this. In view of the above, impugned order is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted to the same authority for a decision afresh.
