This is a prayer of the petitioner for extension of his furlough/parole for a period of six weeks on the ground that his father has been paralysed in left arm and leg and is accordingly admitted in Paras Hospital, Gurgaon.
This fact has been verified by the respondents and the same has been found to be correct. The certificate issued by the hospital also indicates that the petitioner's father requires assistance for his routine care. Consequently, looking at the medical condition of the father of the petitioner, we would deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2016.10.19 11:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
