The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for issuance of direction to the respondents for fair and proper investigation in FIR No.278 dated 23.08.2024 registered under Sections 115, 127(2), 351(2) and 61 of BNS at Police Station Sector-5 Panchkula. 2.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that a cancellation report has been prepared and sent to senior officials for further action.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the directions that the petitioner be associated in the investigation prior to finalizing of the said cancellation report.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
