R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagir Singh submits that alleged detenue was never taken to the police station. It is further submitted that there is no FIR against the detenue-Manpreet Singh. It is also submitted on instructions that statements of Manpreet Singh as well as applicant were recorded in this regard.
