Bhupinder Kaur the alleged detenue and Balwinder Kumar respondent No.4 are also present along with their counsel Mr. Mohd. Salm, Advocate. On the request of the petitioner, Bhupinder Kaur privately had a talk with her father present petitioner and thereafter she has made statement before the Court that she has entered into a wedlock with respondent RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.07.08 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   No.4 and wants to reside with the said respondent and does not want to live with her parents.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition.
