It is contended by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Nidhan Singh, Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana that Balwinder Singh @ Shinda, husband of the petitioner Balwinder Kaur, was apprehended on 14.05.2015 in case FIR No.70 dated 14.05.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana under Sections 307/341/323/324/353/186/294/427/506/34 IPC and was produced before the Court and now he is in judicial custody. Keeping in view that there has been due adoption of recourse in apprehending the alleged detenue, nothing survives in the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.07.30 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
