It is contended by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Nidhan Singh, Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana that Balwinder Singh @ Shinda, husband of the petitioner Balwinder Kaur, was apprehended on 14.05.2015 in case FIR No.70 dated 14.05.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana under Sections 307/341/323/324/353/186/294/427/506/34 IPC and was produced before the Court and now he is in judicial custody.
