Mr. Sunil Polist, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Sunil K. Tandon, Advocate, for respondent nos. 4 to 6 Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Girl Pooja Rana has come present and has been identified by her counsel Mr. Sunil K. Tondon and has stated that she was only an exemployee working as Consultant in the undertaking owned by the petitioner and has no relationship with him and presently she is living with her parents and has pointed out towards her father Kanwarpal Rana who is also present in the Court and has denied all the averments made in the petition. Faced with this situation, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Prayer is allowed.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 787 of 2015 -2However, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that Pooja Rana may not level false allegations against the petitioner. However, the alleged detenue Pooja Rana has assured the Court of the same and has also brought to the notice of the Court that she is being threatened by the petitioner that he would commit suicide and would implicate her falsely. However, counsel for the petitioner says that there is no such intention of the petitioner.
