The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of complaint number COMA/180/2019 dated 09.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 12 read with Sections 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure P-1) filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "Counsel for the petitioner (s) may go through the judgment passed by this Court (this Bench), in CRM-M-58023-2023, titled Gautam Singal vs. Anuj Singal, decided on 30.11.2023, as also a judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CRM-M19553-2023, titled Jaspal Kaur alias Pinki and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 24.04.2023 and address arguments.

Adjourned to 16.12.2023."

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 4.

In view of the decision given by this his Court (this Bench), in CRM-M-58023-2023, titled Gautam Singal vs. Anuj Singal, decided on 30.11.2023, as also a judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CRM-M-19553-2023, titled Jaspal Kaur alias Pinki and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 24.04.2023, the present petition which has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed being not maintainable.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail remedy, as per law.
