[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 46, dated 13th February, 2021, under Sections 307, 324, 323 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 25, 27, 29 and 30 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Jhajjar, District Jhajjar.

[3] After arguing at some length and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.

[4] Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. [5] Since main case is dismissed as withdrawn, the pending application, if any, is rendered infructuous. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 6th January, 2022
