'(# %')%'($ This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of the order/memo dated 22.4.2013 (Annexure P)1), vide which, the petitioner was directed to be adjusted in some other society from "The Ferozeshah Multipurpose Cooperative Agriculture Service Society" (for short `the Society').

In the written statement filed on behalf of respondent No.5 - the Society, it has been stated that the petitioner has been

*  + , working in the Society w.e.f. 21.10.2010 and now the Society has passed resolution dated 21.6.2013 that the petitioner will not be transferred from the Society.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 - the Society has stated that the resolution dated 21.6.2013 was forwarded to the official respondents for approval. In the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 (official respondents), it has been stated that the resolution dated 21.6.2013 passed by respondent no.5 - the Society has been forwarded by the Deputy Registrar to respondent No.3, who has passed an order dated 1.8.2013 that the Society & its Managing Committee should be bound by the resolution.

In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision for according approval to the resolution dated 21.6.2013 passed by the respondent No.5 - the Society.
