Learned State counsel states that commercial quantity has been recovered from the petitioner i.e. 250 tablets of Etizolam (42.25 grams); has been in custody only for 1 year, 8 months, 22 days and involved in 4 more cases under NDPS Act, out of which, he is convicted in one, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 2.
