(Oral) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeaus corpus for releasing the detenue Rajni who is the wife of the present petitioner and had been forcibly and illegally kept in Nari Niketan against her wishes. In compliance of order dated 06.01.2015, the police produced detenue in the Court who stated that she want to accompany her husband, with whom she got married on 11.07.2014 against the wishes of her family. Her date of birth is 12.02.1997. This Court on 13.01.2015 thereafter directed the petitioner to make an FD of Rs.50,000/- in the name of detenue and she accompanied the petitioner from this Court. In compliance of order dated 13.01.

2015, petitioner has brought the FD of Rs.50,000/- in the name of Rajni and the photocopy of the same is taken on record. Detenue-Rajni was minor at the time of solemnizing marriage but now she is major as her date of birth is GAURAV 2015.04.

Crl. Writ Petition No. 8 of 2015 (O&M) -212.02.1997 Since now Rajni is major and the petitioner has brought the FD in her name, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Disposed of.
