The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against them vide FIR No.122, dated 24.5.2022, Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa, under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149, 506 IPC (Act No.45 of 1860).

At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 13.7.2022, the following order was passed :
"The petitioners have approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against them vide FIR No.122, dated 24.5.2022, Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa, under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149, 506 IPC (Act No.45 of 1860).

( 2 ) CRM-M-29570-2022 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a case of cross-version and that the injuries are in the nature of simple injuries and the only non bailable offence is offence punishable under Section 452 IPC. Notice of motion for 13.9.2022.
Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Tarseem Singh, has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court the petitioners have since joined investigation and are not required for any custodial interrogation. Learned State counsel has also informed that the petitioners are not wanted in any other case. 4.
Having heard the learned counsel and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and also that the petitioners have already joined investigation and are not required for any custodial interrogation, the present petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 13.7.2022 are hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. 20.9.2022 ( Gurvinder Singh Gill ) kamal Judge Whether speaking /reasoned Yes / No Whether Reportable Yes / No KAMAL KUMAR 2022.09.20 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
