Petitioners have filed present petition for seeking protection to their lives and liberty, which is allegedly endangered at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6, who are father and brothers of petitioner No.2 - Seema Kumari.

It is noticed by the Court that both the petitioners are residents of Village Belli Mahanta, Tehsil Indora, District Kangra (H.P.). Even respondents No.4 to 6 are also residents of the same address.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to approach before the Court/Forum, which has jurisdiction to entertain such petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as stated and recorded herein-above.
