MEHTA (ORAL ) At the very outset, it is worthwhile to mention that in the impugned order, the bail bonds of accused Karanveer Singh are ordered to be forfeited to the State after the cancellation thereof whereas, the present petition has been moved by mentioning the name of the accused-petitioner as Karamveer Singh. When this error has been pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one by mentioning the correct name of the petitioner.
