HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to take action and register FIR against private respondents No.4 and 5, who illegally cut down three old big trees, which were more than 80 years old (Mango and Tahli), from the land of the petitioner, in connivance with respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative appropriate remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law, for redressal of grievances raised in the present petition.
