RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Krishan Lal, Police Station Fazilka submits that one Paramjeet Singh lodged a complaint against alleged detenue Gurdeep Singh S/o Jaswant Singh Thereafter, present complaint dated 18.5.2015 was moved by Sudhir Kumar S/o Om Parkash. He further submits that the complainant Parmajeet Singh as well as Gurdeep Singh were summoned in the police station and their statements were recorded. Thereafter, they were let off. So far as the present case is concerned, Sudhir Kumar-complainant has given in writing by way of his sworn affidavit dated 6.6.2015 that his relative Gurdeep Singh S/o Jaswant Singh was not taken away by the police officials of police station Fazilka and he does not intend to pursue his above said complaint dated 18.5.2015, any further.
