**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking extension of parole. He has to surrender on 25.10.2016 as per Annexure P-1 filed by the petitioner. The petitioner has mentioned that he had filed two other petitions seeking emergency paroles which had been dismissed. A copy of one of the order has been produced by the petitioner. At that point, the petitioner was seeking extension of parole for treatment of his mother which was rejected.

The petitioner here is seeking extension of parole as his brother is at the advanced stage of cancer. No ground to extend the parole is made out.

Petition is dismissed.

Petitioner would surrender before the Jail Authorities on the date already given to him.
