As per office report, notice issued to respondents No.2 and 3 not received back either served or otherwise. However, the detenue Manju Rani has been produced in the Court by Lady Constable Bhupinder Kaur No.5/Jld, Police Line Jalandhar. She has submitted that the detenue Manju Rani has been brought in compliance of the letter issued from the office of the Superintendent of State Protective Home,

Observation Home, Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Kapurthala Chowk, Jalandhar, Punjab i.e. respondent No.2. A separate statement of the detenue, namely, Manju Rani has been recorded in the Court. The same is reproduced as under:

"I do not want to live with my parents as well as in the protection home named as Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Kapurthala Chowk, Jalandhar. I wish to go and live in the house of the petitioner Jagdish Kumar as he is father of my friend Tejpal. He shall keep and maintain me properly".

The petitioner-Jagdish Kumar, when was asked about his sources to up keep and maintain the detenueManju Rani properly, he told that he owns 18 acres of land and he is very much willing to keep and maintain her with grace.

In view of the statement made by the detenueManju Rani and considering the judgment of this Court dated 30.03.2015 passed in CRWP No.496 of 2015 titled as "Court on its own motion vs. State of Punjab'', she is set at liberty forthwith to go with the petitioner-Jagdish Kumar with whose son namely Tejpal, she had run away with an intention to marry him on 07.11.2014 on his motorcycle from Village

Sherwala to Abohar and then went to Delhi by train and roamed there and at Itawa City (U.P.) and stayed there for about one month with him.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given under the signatures of Reader of this Bench.
