This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 95, dated 14th May, 2021, under Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 3.

After arguing the matter at length, realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
