Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents, to protect his life and liberty from the hands of the private respondentNo.5.

On advance notice, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State and, on instructions from SI Telu Ram, submits that on the basis of a complaint made by respondent No.5, FIR No.152 dated 11.06.2025 had already been registered under Section 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station Cyber Crime, NIT Faridabad, against unknown persons. However, during the course of investigation, petitioner himself was found to be an accused in the said case.

In response, counsel for the petitioner submits that this fact had never been disclosed to him by the petitioner. 5.

On being confronted with the situation, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of, being not pressed.
