"#  $ Learned State counsel has placed on record short affidavit dated 23.06.2015 of Jagwinder Singh Cheema, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Samrala, Police District Khanna/Ludhiana. There has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the first date i.e. 02.06.2015 and thereafter on 10.06.2015 and even today none has put in appearance. It is the stand of the State that Daya Singh @ Bobby son of the present petitioner Kaur Singh along with one Mithu Singh son of Santokh Singh were arrested on 20.05.2015 in case FIR No.105 dated 13.05.2015 registered at Police Station Samrala under Sections 406, RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.06.23 15:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    420, 1209B IPC and were produced before the concerned Court on 21.05.2015 and thereafter were sent for police remand till 23.05.2015 on which date they were sent to judicial custody; in view of which the present petition has become infructuous and stands dismissed as such.
