Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the order dated 13.07.2005, Annexure P-6, vide which the petitioner was repatriated, which though initially had been stayed on 02.04.2009, might not be surviving, in wake of it being vacated on 30.05.2012, after hearing learned counsel for the parties, on the ground that once the order stood implemented, its operation cannot be stayed.
