(ORAL) Petition herein is under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to official respondents No. 2 to 4 for registration of an FIR under Sections 420, 120-B, 448, 467, 468, 471 IPC on a complaint filed by the petitioner (Annexure P-1) and in the light of status report (Annexure P-5) filed by respondent No.3 before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate.

Heard.

No grounds for interference are made out.

In the parting, without commenting on the merits of the case, petition is disposed of with an observation that the case which is already pending for 17.11.2020 before the trial Court, would be take up for hearing through video conferencing in the daily cause list of the trial Court.
