Short reply by way of affidavit of Indu Malhotra, District Magistrate, Patiala has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Para 2 whereof reads as under:- "2. That the deponent appointed S.D.M. Nabha was to enquire into the matter and give actual and factual report and to visit the spot. Accordingly in compliance with the said order, the S.D.M. Nabha along with Tehsildar Nabha, Naib Tehsildar Bhadson, Labour Inspector Nabha and SHO P.S. Bhadson visited the spot (Brick Kiln marka JAI) on 08.06.2015 and enquired that the alleged detenues Raj Kumar and his family members were not present at the spot. They had left the premises of brick kiln on 04.06.2015. The said Raj Kumar and his family members were not detained or kept forcibly by Respondent no. 3 and there was no other person detained or kept forcibly by respondent no. 3. Petitioner Gopi Ram was also not found at the spot."

In view of above, no further direction from the court is necessary. Dismissed.
