# Alleged detenue Ramandeep Kaur daughter of Malkiat Singh has been produced under escort before this Court by lady constable Kamaljit Kaur, Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar. On the asking of Court, the girl has made statement voluntarily, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure that she wants to go with her mother Surinder Kaur petitioner.

Keeping in view this stand of the alleged detenue Ramandeep Kaur, she is allowed to accompany her mother petitioner RATTAN PAL SINGH 2016.01.22 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

  Surinder Kaur. However, the mother shall ensure safety of the girl in all manners.

In the light of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition.
