 JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petiton under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the respondents to conduct a fair and proper investigation in FIR No.49 dated 11.03.2022 under Section 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that a report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. shall be filed positively within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
