******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the complaint of the petitioner bearing No. 13-N was received which was thoroughly enquired and as per report of SHO, Naraingarh, the complaint was found to be false and consigned to the Record Room. The petitioner is having other alternate remedy to file a complaint before the Illaqa Magistrate which has not been availed so far.

In view of submission of learned State counsel that enquiry in the complaint filed by the petitioner has already been conducted and the same has been ordered to be filed, the relief as sought by the petitioner to direct the enquiry of complaint in fair manner, has been rendered infrucutous. The petitioner can avail the alternate remedy available to him. This petition has no merits.

Dismissed.
