Respondent No.4 appears in person and states herself to be 19 years old by giving her date of birth as 10.01.2007 as recorded in her matriculation certificate and she has also made a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the Magistrate with regard to her age as also she is 9 months' pregnant and wants to live with her husband-respondent No.4, with whom she got married on 18.08.2025, since then have been residing in Faridabad. Her husband is working in Orient Company and earning Rs.15,000/-.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to press the petition any further.
