Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has been convicted in case FIR No.353 dated 16.09.2012 registered at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonipat for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' - for short); besides, Section 25 of the Arms Act. He was convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat on 05.03.2016 for the said offences. By a separate order, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. At present, the petitioner is undergoing his life imprisonment. He has filed CRA No.D-424-DB of 2016, which is pending in this Court. By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents for permitting/allowing him to fill up the examination form of 3rd Semester of D.Ed course, which is affiliated to Board School Education Haryana, Bhiwani. CRWP No.1399 of 2016 -2petition was for enabling him to appear in the 2nd Semester examinations of D.Ed (JBT) course commencing from 16.07.2016. The petition was disposed of with the direction to the Superintendent of Prison, District Prison, Karnal to ensure that the petitioner is taken to the examination Centre for appearing in the D.Ed (JBT) 2nd Semester examination on the scheduled dates under the Police Escort Guard in terms of Para 536-B of the Punjab Jail Manual.

The present petition is only for allowing him to fill up the examination form of 3rd Semester for the course of D.Ed (JBT). It is stated that last date for filling up the examination form of 3rd Semester is 31.10.2016 along with late fee of Rs.1,000/-. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Superintendent Jail, Rohtak - respondent No.3 to ensure that necessary examination form of 3rd Semester for the course of D.Ed (JBT) shall be filled by the petitioner before the due date i.e. 31.10.2016.

A copy of this order be given to Shri Surender Singh Pannu, DAG, Haryana under the signatures of Bench Secretary of this Court for necessary compliance.
