Learned State counsel submits that alleged detenue-Sonu was arrested in pursuant to FIR No.28 dated 18.2.2015 under Sections 21/25/29 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station, Sadar Fazilka. In view of above, no ground is made out for release of the detenue in this case. Dismissed.
