Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Reply on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has been filed in court. Same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that alleged detenue-Lal Singh is not required in any case and was never picked up by the police. She on instructions from ASI-Gurbax Singh, however, assures that Lal Singh shall not be harassed in any manner unless required in a case. In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
