CRR-2489 of 2017 Prayer in the instant revision petition has been made for setting aside the judgment of conviction dated 18.10.2014 and order of sentence dated 20.10.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, convicting and sentencing the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act as well as the judgment dated 06.06.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Ravinder Singh 2017.07.21 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Jagadhri, dismissing the appeal preferred by the petitioner. Heard.

-2CRR No.2489 of 2017 (O&M) This revision petition outrightly merits dismissal for the simple reason that the petitioner till date is changing his defence one after the other. Initially he took the defence that fraud was committed by respondentcomplainant with him, then he changed his stand that the cheque in question was stolen from his bag, thereafter he took altogether a different plea that cheque in question was given by him to the complainant as security and his fourth stand is that he never signed the cheque in question. All the aforesaid pleas taken by the petitioner are contradictory to each other. From the above conduct of the petitioner, it is well proved on the record that he is a dishonest man and is out and out to delay the execution of the impugned judgment of the trial Court. In view of above, the revision petition is dismissed. (RAMENDRA JAIN) July 21, 2017 JUDGE R.S.
