Though the petitioner has filed another writ petition i.e. CWP NO. 3009 of 2015 for seeking approval for the Session 2015-2016. Since no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, believing the statement of the counsel for the respondent, the present petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. In case the statement made by counsel for the respondent is found to be incorrect, the petitioner may file an application for revival of this petition.
