       Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that vide order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Arbitration Case No. 1 of 2014, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement wherein apart from settling the issues between the parties, they have also agreed that the petitioners would be permitted to participate/apply in future tenders floated by the respondents. He submits that in view of the aforesaid order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Arbitration case No. 1 of 2014, the petition has become rendered infructuous. Be that as it may, even none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
