(Oral) Beant Kaur the alleged detenue has been produced in the Court and on the asking of the Court she has disclosed that she has come from the house of her parents and that she is a Graduate, thus, major around 23 years of age and has undergone marriage with the petitioner and wants to live with him.

Since the alleged detenue is major, educated and grown-up having reasonable understanding and she is free to choose her future life and recourse of the way she wants to live and in view of her statement made before the Court, she is allowed to accompany petitioner-Sandeep Singh today from the Court, who shall be responsible for her maintenance and shall ensure due protection of her life and liberty.
