This is a prayer for seeking parole on the ground that petitioner's sister is getting married on 11.11.2016, which fact has been got verified by the respondents. Learned State counsel has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Veer Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mujessar, Faridabad and the same is taken on record.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to grant parole to the petitioner commencing from 10.11.2016 and concluding on 20.11.2016 on completion of necessary formalities.. He will surrender before the Jail Authorities on 21.11.2016.

The instant writ petition stands allowed.
