(ORAL) Instant criminal writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to release or produce the detenue, namely, Komalpreet wife of Gurnam Singh in Court, who is stated to be in illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 6. Komalpreet along with respondents No.4 to 6 is present in Court. Komalpreet has made a statement in Court that she is voluntarily residing with her parents.
In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
