HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the issuance of directions to the official respondents not to harass and humiliate the petitioners by repeatedly calling them in the police station and further not to interfere in civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record a copy of plaint of civil suit filed by petitioner No.1 against his real brotherrespondent No.4. However, there is no date on the copy of plaint to show as to when that suit was filed, neither the said document has been issued by the Copy Branch of the concerned court. Moreover, documents (Annexure P-2) are the acknowledgment letters dated 08.07.2020 and 06.07.2020 of the complaint which are stated to have been filed by the petitioners in the office PARVEEN KUMAR 2020.09.16 05:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

However, copies of complaints made to the Chief Minister, Punjab, and the Deputy Commissioner, Moga, have not been placed on record.

It appears that the present petition has been filed without incorporating the complete facts supported by the documents relied upon. Dismissed with a costs quantified at Rs.10,000/-, to be deposited by the petitioners with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, within a period of one month.
