In 1996 fire broke out in the High Court premises which gutted many files. The file of the present case is also part of burnt files. The office has collected few documents from Court below still record is incomplete.

Time to time, notices have been sent to parties. The matter is pending before this Court since 2007 and it appears that with the efflux of time, the parties have lost their interest to pursue the matter. 3.

Disposed of with liberty to parties to move an appropriate application, if their cause survives.
