Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Mr. Malhotra, on instructions from the petitioner has made statement that petitioner Sunil Gupta is willing to bear the entire expenses of respondent no. 1-Neetu Gupta and the minor child Ishan Gupta born out of the wedlock of the couple on their arrival in Redding, London, UK for a period of three months from the date of their arrival in England or till the orders of Court of Law in England, whichever is earlier. It is also undertaken by the petitioner through his counsel that he will arrange for and Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2017.02.17 14:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 1454 of 2016 -2pay the expenses of decent accommodation for the mother and the child for the aforesaid period.

The parties shall abide by the decision of the Court in England as far as litigation expenses are concerned. In the light of this statement, Mr. Kashyap on behalf of private respondent has made statement accepting to abide by the same. The parties shall be bound by their statements by all means. The couple shall bear the air travel expenses to and from in equal shares.

Respondent no. 1 who is present in Court undertakes to leave India by the end of this month. Orders dated 09.11.2016 restraining respondent no. 1 to leave the country is recalled. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
