Through the instant criminal writ petition preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought the issuance of a writ in the nature of Habas Corpus directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to release detenue Manvider Kaur wife of Gorav Shama (petitioner) from the illegal custody of respondent Nos.5 to 7 as well as for appointment of a Warrant Officer with a roving writ to search the detenue at any place pointed out by the petitioner.

This Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the contents of the petition but does not find violation of any fundamental right or that detenue is in illegal custody of respondent Nos.5 to 7, who are non-else but parents and close relations of Manvinder Kaur, alleged detenue.
