(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred the present revision petition against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.07.2017, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, convicting the petitioner under Sections 354 and 506 IPC and sentenced as under:- Under Section Sentence imposed In default of payment of fine 354 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for 02 years and fine of Rs.2000/- Rigorous imprisonment for 01 month.

506 IPC Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 01 year and fine of Rs.1000/-.

Rigorous imprisonment for 15 days.

Both the sentences were ordered to run concurrently. During the pendency of instant revision, the matter has been RISHU KATARIA 2023.10.31 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRR-2543-2017 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:133986 compromised between the parties vide compromise dated 28.01.2022. Vide order of even date passed by this Court in connected petition bearing CRM-M-26218-2023, the present FIR No. 311 dated 25.10.2008 registered under Sections 354 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar, District Jalandhar and all consequent proceedings arising therefrom including the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.07.2017 impugned herein, has been ordered to be quashed, rendering the present revision as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the parties have not disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of, accordingly.
